 Join us for a revelatory culinary experience of cooking, eating, and adventure. At Lido Bottle Works we believe people, food, and drink should be ‘Genuinely Good Together.’ Our unique dishes are prepared for our friends and family using local and sustainable ingredients perfectly paired with specialty craft beer, wine, and session cocktails. 

 Tavern House is the creation of restaurateurs David Wilhelm and Gregg Solomon who have separately developed numerous Orange County restaurants over the past 40 years, including Kachina, Bistro 201, Chat Noir Saltwater Grill, Diva, Sorrento Grille and French 75. 

 Sushi Ii is headed by Chef Koji Takahashi, a master of the traditional art of sushi, which dates back nearly 200 years in Japan. To highlight the artistry and exceptional quality of the traditional sushi, we’ve created a minimalist zen setting to provide an experience that is normally available only in Japan, but which we hope to see more of in the U.S.
