At Collection 27, we offer a private, prepaid food delivery experience for a curated group of members. As part of this white-glove service, we use text messaging to provide timely delivery updates, billing reminders, and personalized concierge communication.

How Collection 27 Members Consent to Text Messaging (Phone Enrollment)

Introduction

At Collection 27, all members are personally screened and approved for our private prepaid delivery service. Enrollment is completed by phone with a concierge team member who ensures that each member understands our service and agrees to receive important SMS messages.

Step 1: Member Applies or Is Invited

A prospective member is referred, invited, or applies to join. Once eligibility is confirmed, our concierge team schedules a phone call to discuss membership options and complete enrollment.

Step 2: Verbal SMS Consent During Phone Enrollment

During the enrollment call, the concierge says the following:
 

“As part of your Collection 27 membership, we’ll send you text messages for things like delivery times, membership updates, and billing reminders. These are not marketing texts — they’re part of your service. Do you agree to receive text messages from Collection 27 at this number?”
 

The member must respond affirmatively — e.g., “Yes,” or “I agree.”
 

This is recorded in our system as verbal consent given with the date, time, and staff member who enrolled them.

Step 3: Confirmation Text Sent Immediately

After the call, a confirmation SMS is sent to the enrolled number:
 

“Welcome to Collection 27! You’ll receive delivery updates, membership alerts, and concierge messages. Questions? Call 1-949-533-0760 Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
 

This message documents the opt-in and gives the member a clear opt-out option.

Step 4: Member May Update Preferences at Any Time

Members can opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or update preferences by contacting our concierge team at any time.
